The St George International Festival directors are now accepting applications for vendors to participate in the Annual International Festival held at St. George the Great Martyr Orthodox Church in Pharr, Texas. This year, the festival is scheduled for Saturday, December 9, 2017 from 9 am to 4 pm.
The festival is a family and Winter Texan friendly environment. We encourage artists, craftspeople, and entrepreneurs who offer hand made products, especially with an International flare, to help make our festival experience a win- win for both you and our church.
What Type of Vendors are we Looking for?
- Quality; Preferably Hand-Crafted or Originally Created Art
- Locally Made, Grown, Harvested or Crafted Items
- International Themed Items
- Orthodox Christian Faith-Based (Icons, etc.)
- Homemade or Baked Food Items, Especially with Holiday or International Focus
- Other Items or Ideas? Just Ask!

Vendor Application Fee: $50.00 Non-Refundable Application/Reservation Fee. Please send a check along with your completed application form, or pay through PayPal on this site. If you are not accepted as a vendor, that fee will be refunded. If you are accepted as a vendor, even if you do not sell at the festival, the fee WILL NOT be returned.
Festival Day Fee: + If you sell LESS than $330 on Festival day, you owe us nothing more beyond the application fee. + If you sell MORE than $330, you owe 15% of any additional sales. This donation is made on the honor system. This event helps support our church and outreach ministries, such as St. George Food Pantry.
